The Greater Lincolnshire neighborhood in Evansville is getting ready for their 8th annual Front Porch Festival. The festival will be a free event from 2pm to 7pm on October 6th. The Lincolnshire neighborhood is located East of Highway 41 stretching from Washington Street to Lincoln Avenue. There will be live music and food trucks throughout the neighborhood, and it’s pet and family friendly!
Bands this year include local acts like Monte Skelton, Sub 3, Georgia Funkadelic, and many more. Before the action gets started, there will be free yoga from 10am-11am at the “triangle”, located on Willow Road at Bayard Park Drive. Free parking is being offered at Bosse High School and St. Benedict Cathedral. You can find more information HERE on their official events page on Facebook. This event is brought to you by The Arts Council of Southwestern Indiana. Rain or shine, the event goes on!
