A Tennessee man has been charged with the murder of Kentucky State Trooper Hayden Phillips.
He was shot and killed Monday afternoon during a traffic stop on Interstate 65 in Warren County.
51-year-old Emonnie Branch was captured in Louisville, on Dixie Highway, following an hours-long manhunt.
Trooper Phillips was assigned to Post 3 Bowling Green.
He leaves behind a wife and three children.
