A person kidnapped by a man Wednesday night is dead following a police chase.
The man had left an Ohio County home, where he allegedly shot a woman and then abducted her adult daughter.
After a police chase, the man stopped on Morgantown Road in Daviess County.
He then got out of his vehicle holding a gun.
That’s when the suspect was shot and killed by deputies.
The woman who was abducted was found dead inside the man’s car.
The other woman who was shot in the Ohio County home is currently in the hospital in critical condition.
