A new program involving furry friends has been launched at Deaconess Hospital.
The Comfort Crew includes three friendly therapy dogs that support patients and comfort families, providing distraction and creating moments of joy and calm.
The experience has been great for staff too.
The Deaconess Foundation and Deaconess Memorial Medical Center Foundation made the program possible through generous support.
