An Evansville couple is facing drug-dealing charges following a traffic stop for a burned-out license plate light.
When police searched the vehicle, they found a leather coin pouch that contained three plastic bags, each of which contained meth.
Officials say the amount involved is at least four times that of a heavy user.
Due to the drugs being individually packaged in three different plastic bags, similar in weight, and the text messages found on Karen`s phone, officers believe she is dealing meth.
Her husband, Jeffery Norman, is being charged with possession.
