An Evansville man is facing several charges after he tried to outrun police in a stolen vehicle.
Officers located the stolen truck at a shopping center on Diamond Avenue just before noon yesterday.
An officer conducted surveillance on the vehicle and watched as two people climbed inside and drove west.
An attempt to block its path didn’t stop Dan Adams from ramming two EPD cruisers.
Adams was pulled from the truck and taken into custody.
He faces charges of vehicle theft, meth possession, resisting law enforcement, and reckless driving.
His passenger was not charged.
Police credited the Flock cameras for the recovery.
