Mesker Park Zoo & Botanic Garden has a new arrival, and they need help coming up with a name.
The Colobus monkey arrived three weeks ago and is the sixth baby for mom, Garnet, and dad, Dr. Leonard Hofstadter.
Because the newborn has to be held 24/7, all of the adult females are taking turns holding the baby.
Colobus babies are born solid white and develop their signature black and white markings as they get older.
Their white color is thought to alert the troop, letting them know there’s a new baby that may need their attention.
Zoo officials don’t know yet if the baby is a boy or a girl.
You can see this little one in the Children’s Enchanted Forest.
