The 15-year-old who was allegedly driving the stolen car that sparked a police-involved shooting may be tried as an adult.
EPD Officer Sam Taylor was seriously hurt from being shot on Sunday morning.
The juvenile was detained by officers, but was able to run away after shots were fired.
Searchers found him on the roof of a Joshua Academy building.
Prosecutors plan to ask for a waiver to adult court.
