Philippines says it shares Japan’s cause of opposing unilateral attempts to reshape global order

MANILA (Reuters) – The Philippines shares a common cause with Japan of opposing any unilateral attempt to reshape the global order, its defence minister said on Monday.

Gilberto Teodoro was speaking alongside his visiting Japanese counterpart, Gen Nakatani, who said the regional security environment had becoming increasingly severe.
