(Reuters) – Swiss technology firm Softwareone expects to close its acquisition of Crayon Group in June, earlier than its previous guidance for a closure in the third quarter, it said on Wednesday.
Softwareone in December agreed to buy Norwegian competitor Crayon for a stock and cash deal worth $1.4 billion.
Also on Wednesday, it posted full-year revenue of 1.01 billion Swiss francs ($1.12 billion).
