A 9-1-1 call leads to the arrest of a Fort Branch man.
Saturday afternoon Gibson County Dispatch received a report of a disturbance on Highway 41 north of Fort Branch.
A deputy located a vehicle parked on the side of the road near County Road 650 South and began investigating the incident.
Evidence was collected and statements were taken from everyone involved.
41 year old Stephen Sokeland was taken into custody and charged with domestic battery, possession of a synthetic drug, resisting law enforcement, and trafficking with an inmate.
