Evansville Police Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of E. Riverside Drive regarding shots fired.
This happened on New Year’s Day just after 5:00 am.
Officers found one adult male victim outside beyond help with an apparent gunshot wound.
The victim’s name and cause of death will be released by the Vanderburgh County Coroner’s Office following an autopsy.
At this time, no arrests have been made.
