A jury found 17-year-old Mateo Rodriguez guilty Thursday afternoon on several charges in connection to a deadly hit and run in Evansville.
The jury deliberated for a few hours returning a guilty verdict on multiple charges, including involuntary manslaughter, murder and robbery resulting in injury.
Rodriguez was charged in the death of 33-year-old Megan Schaefer.
In April of last year, Rodriguez stole a car and ran over Schaefer at a gas station at East Franklin Street and Weinbach Avenue.
