A new breakfast-style food truck will be hitting the streets of Evansville this year. Brisket Biscuit is the name, and will soon pop up around different locations in Vanderburgh County and even Gibson County starting this year. According to their Facebook page, the truck will be run by former corporate chef Vince Bowden who has been in the industry for 13 years. The truck will specialize in breakfast sandwiches, breakfast bowls, biscuits and gravy, and more.
