An Evansville man was strumming along on his guitar while peddling his bicycle in the middle of North Evans Avenue Monday when EPD tried to pull him over.
Police say they used an airhorn and PA system to get his attention.
The man made it to the railroad, so police chased him on foot down the tracks.
During the pursuit an officer stumbled and rolled their ankle and later ripped their pants.
39 year old Craig Pennington was finally captured and found to have warrants after being questioned by police.
He is in the Vanderburgh County jail.
