Friday night police responded to a stabbing on Evansville’s west side.
It happened around 6:15 near the intersection of Delmar and Broadway Avenues.
29 year old Brent Caulder Jr. allegedly stabbed his father multiple times with a knife. He was taken to the hospital with serious, but not life threatening injuries.
Caulder surrendered to authorities after a short stand off.
He is charged with domestic battery with a deadly weapon.
Caulder in the Vanderburgh County Jail with a $1,500 bond.
