An Evansville Police press release suggests that customers of several area massage parlors obtained sexual favors for a $40 tip on a $60 hour-long massage.
Officers say they received complaints, and undercover detectives visited the parlors with marked money, and at one, a detective was touched inappropriately and propositioned.
Officers issued several citations, several to male customers they interviewed, and said the Safety Board would keep an eye on massage operations in the future.
