A published report says a Kentucky man is charged in the shooting death of a Murray State University student.
The Murray Ledger-Times reports that 22 year old Julius Sotomayor is being held on a million dollars bond against charges of murder, theft and tampering with evidence.
The body of 21 year old Sarah Townsend, a pre-veterinary med major from Virginia, was found in a ditch on Friday.
She had been shot several times.
Sotomayor was arrested the following day.
