Henderson police were arresting 38 year old Bradley Jones on felony warrants when they got a surprise.
Jones was walking in the area of the rear parking lot at Henderson Community College.
Officers checked his backpack incidental to the arrest, and found a gun with a 7-round magazine and some illegal drugs inside.
Jones was lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center.
