A dispute between an Evansville couple ends with charges of child and animal neglect.
During a search of the residence, officers reported finding floors smeared with animal feces, rotting food scattered throughout the house, exposed litter boxes, and bugs in the children’s room.
A puppy was found confined to a kennel in the kitchen with no food or fresh water.
William Woods and Teana Armstead were both booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail.
