Sergio Rascoe is being charged with reckless driving at an unreasonable speed and reckless driving in and out of a line of traffic after EPD officers clocked him traveling 111 mph on The Lloyd Expressway Sunday afternoon. Evansville Police Department officials say a man is in jail after driving 60 miles over the speed limit on the Lloyd Expressway.
When police pulled him over, they asked him how fast he thought he was going, which he replied that he was traveling around 100. Rascoe was eventually arrested and transported to the Vanderburgh County Jail.
