The abandoned Club La Vela feels eerie as it sits frozen in time and the nostalgia preserved. Once known as “The Largest Nightclub in the USA,” Club La Vela was one of the most iconic landmarks of Panama City Beach, Florida. But after Hurricane Michael struck the Florida Panhandle in 2018, the club suffered significant damage and never reopened. Today, the once-packed party destination sits abandoned.
