Los Angeles, California and the surrounding cities have been devastated by multiple wildfires. Thousands of homes and businesses have been reduced to ash and memories. Multiple people and pets have been killed, and now many people have become homeless overnight. We can do our part to help by donating to these great causes that directly fund the fight against these wildfires, and will bring food, water, and other necessities to the people affected. Here is a list of multiple foundations that will help.
Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation
This foundation is the direct line to support the firefighters that fight the wildfires. Some of these great people have been working over 30+ hours without a break to save lives and buildings. You can donate HERE.
American Red Cross
The American Red Cross supports anyone and everyone affected by disasters. You can find your local American Red Cross on this map to find a blood drive, and you can donate money HERE.
California Fire Foundation
This is another great foundation that helps California firefighters. You can donate HERE.
GoFundMe
This is a fund started by GoFundMe itself, who have already raised thousands of dollars to help those directly affected. This will not go to one single person, this is a fund that was made by the company itself. You can donate HERE.
Salvation Army
The Salvation Army’s Southern California District is working closely with local government agencies to provide food and necessities to the victims of the wildfires. You can donate HERE.
