Arrest paperwork for former Warrick County Commissioner Marlin Weisheit indicates he was accused of official misconduct and two counts of conversion.
Weisheit is accused of using Dr. Ricky Yeager’s signature stamp to authorize nearly 10 thousand dollars in pay from the Health Department’s money, for himself.
Weisheit is also accused of using the stamp on a lease agreement.
County commissioners are calling it an administrative error.
