The Owensboro man accused of killing three people was supposed to be in court on Monday, but it was pushed back.
35-year-old Arnett Baines is accused of killing Robert Smith, Jay Sowders, and Christopher Carie on Audubon Avenue in 2019.
A fourth person survived the shooting.
His trial is set to begin in February.
Baines is being accused alongside Cylar Shemwell.
They could both face the death penalty in this case.
