A southern Indiana business owner was arrested Friday on several felony charges.
An investigation started in March after a business vendor contacted a detective with the Indiana State Police.
The vendor is accusing fraudulent business practices by John Christopher Gibbs, the owner of Gibbs Innovative Manufacturers Inc. located in Scottsburg.
The vendor stated John Gibbs paid for services rendered with a fraudulent check for $10,000.
ISP learned of other vendors owed large payments by GIM Inc. for work completed in the sum of over $302,000.
