The suspect that led deputies on a short car chase a week ago, has been caught.
27 year old Zachary Young’s vehicle was found wrecked and abandoned on Evansville’s west side.
Multiple plastic bags of suspected meth was recovered from the vehicle.
On Monday, detectives with the Evansville-Vanderburgh County Joint Narcotics Task Force observed Young as a passenger in a car in the area of West Delaware and North Fifth Avenue.
Officers made contact with Young and he was arrested and is facing numerous charges.
