The Drug Enforcement Administration arrested several people Wednesday morning in connection with an organized drug ring.
DEA assistant Special Agent Michael Gannon says, 12 individuals were indicted, 10 of those people are from Evansville.
The main supplier, John Byers from Bowling Green based his business in Evansville and distributed large quantities of narcotics around southern Indiana.
Police seized 35 pounds of meth and 45 grams of cocaine and eleven guns.
Those involved made an appearance in federal court yesterday.
