An autopsy is scheduled today for 13 day old Wade Wilson.
He was found not breathing when police arrived at a house on West Oregon Street Wednesday morning.
The mother, 26 year old Taylor Smith told detectives she woke up with the child underneath her.
The father, Timothy Wilson told police Smith was ordered by DCS not to be around the baby due to a previous investigation.
Narcotics were found in the home along with no running water.
The parents are in the Vanderburgh County Jail.
