Indiana State Police say foul play is suspected in he death of an Evansville man in the Miami Corrections Facility.
42 year old Matthew Koch was found unresponsive in his cell about 1:30 Sunday morning.
His death is being treated as a homicide.
Koch was convicted of kidnapping and shooting his ex-girlfriend in 2008.
During the kidnapping,Koch shot his girlfriend in the ankle, then drove to Oklahoma City and surrendered to a television station there.
