The West Side Nut Club says it will have “an important update and message” about this year’s Fall Festival Monday morning.
Mayor Lloyd Winnecke will hold a news conference at 11:30 a.m. at the West Side Library park on Frankin Street.
Deputy Mayor Steve Schaefer tweeted “For those speculating about tomorrow’s press conference by @MayorWinnecke& the @westsidenutclub. It is NOT an announcement cancelling the 2021 Fall Festival.”

The 2021 Fall Festival is scheduled for October 4-9. Last year’s festival was among the many events canceled due to the pandemic
