A Spencer County jury has returned a verdict of guilty in the murder trial of 52-year-old Allen Bennett.
Indiana State Police say Bennett shot and killed 64-year old Linda Bowman during a domestic dispute in their Grandview home in March of 2019.
An autopsy showed Bowman died from a single gunshot wound to the head.
Bennett then shot himself in the head, but survived.
Sentencing is set for October 13.
