A Beaver Dam man is jailed after state troopers say he made numerous threats towards law enforcement officers and court officials.
Kentucky State Police arrested 49-year-old Timothy Moss at his home yesterday (Thursday).
He is charged with two counts of retaliating against a participant in a legal process and one count of terroristic threatening.
