The Fall Festival Halfpot that ended up over $1.2 million dollars has been claimed. Nut Club officials made the announcement yesterday saying the winner wishes to remain anonymous.
“We got a call last week that a winner had come forward, a potential winner,” says WestSide Nut Club’s Eddie Dietz. “So at that point in time, we did exactly what our rules say that we had to do, and we facilitated a meeting between the winner, who actually chose legal counsel because they wish to remain anonymous.”
The ticket holder had until November 12th to claim it; otherwise the money would have stayed with the Nut Club. The winner was awarded over $600,000.
