Emilia Clarke
Emilia Clarke
says she’s sick of being asked about her ‘Game of Thrones’ nude scenes. In a new interview with the
“Hollywood Reporter”
, she was asked about something she DIDN’T want to do, and she revealed that she turned down a role in
“Fifty Shades of Grey”
. She said, quote, “The last time that I was naked on camera on [
‘Game of Thrones’
] was a long time ago, and yet it is the only question that I ever get asked because I am a woman. And it’s annoying as hell and I’m sick and tired of it because I did it for the character . . . I didn’t do it so some guy could check out my [breasts], for God’s sake.” She says “I did a minimal amount and I’m pigeonholed for life, so me saying yes to that, where the entire thing is about sensuality and sex and being naked and all of that stuff, I was just like, ‘No way.’”
Harvey Weinstein
Harvey Weinstein
has reportedly agreed to pay $44-million to settle lawsuits stemming from his alleged sexual assaults of women. Apparently, board members of his former film studio and the New York Attorney General’s office reached the agreement, yesterday. Sources say the deal includes $30-million in cash for the alleged victims as well as former company employees, creditors and their lawyers, with $14-million being set aside for legal fees. The money will reportedly come from insurance policies. Weinstein still faces criminal charges in connection with two alleged attacks on women in 2013 and 2006.
Kim Kardashian
Kim Kardashian
has already filed for a trademark on the name of her newborn son Psalm West, for just about any product you can think of. That includes hair and skincare products, probiotic supplements, toy figures, computer software, furniture, baby bottles, strollers, puppets
everything.
The thing is, the Kardashian / Jenners do this with all their kids, but not a single one of them have been monetized yet. They most likely just do it as a preventative measure, so nobody else can steal and exploit the kids’ names.
