Neither the state nor the defense objects when a jury asks to take a closer look at the t-shirt that David Camm was wearing the day his wife and two young children were killed. The shirt is a key piece of evidence in Camm's third murder trial. The state says it was splattered with blood when he killed his family in their southern Indiana garage. The defense disputes the claim. The judge granted the jury's request to study the shirt and more than 20 other pieces of evidence. The case went to the jury Tuesday night. The jury requested the new look at evidence today.

An Evansville woman is accused of attacking her husband with a knife and a baseball bat in their home in the 3000 block of Crossbow Lane. 35-year old Stephanie Cruce is being held on charges of battery with a knife and domestic violence in the presence of a child. Her husband 39-year old Benjamin Cruce is being treated at St. Mary's Medical Center for multiple stab wounds. Deputies say he was found at the end of a large trail of blood in their house. They say she told them she was only defending herself when she swang the knife at her husband and didn't mean to slash him.
