The Indiana Supreme Court decides to pass on hearing the legal dispute over control of Holiday World and Splashin’ Safari. The high court declined to take up the differences between Koch Development Company Vice President Lori Koch and her brother-in-law Dan Koch. Last fall, the state Court of Appeals unanimously ruled that Lori Koch could retain her majority shares in the company, which owns and operates Holiday World.
