More fallout from former State School Supt. Tony's Bennett's A-to-F school ratings system. The State's Superintendent of Public Instruction, Glenda Ritz, is suing the state board of education. Her suit filed in Marion Circuit Court names all 10 members of the board. It accuses them of violating the state’s public meeting laws when they bypassed her last week to get data for A-to-F school ratings. Ritz says the board members failed to publish a public meeting notice as required by the law.
