Senate leaders announced a compromise that they'll vote on tonight. And House Speaker John Boehner said his side "fought the good fight - we just didn't win." Boehner says the House will not block the Senate deal. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce - representing business interests - is calling on the House and Senate to pass the deal and avoid defaulting - and said the government partial shutdown must end.
