Miami Cannibal NOT on Bath Salts

According to the Miami medical examiner, bath salts were NOT found in the system of Rudy Eugene who ate a homeless mans face before being shot by police weeks ago in Miami. The only thing found was marijuana. The plot thickens. READ THE STORY HERE.
